The combination is fixed-dose composed of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase. Pain can be temporary or lifelong in nature. Acute pain is caused for a brief period of time by damage to muscle, bone, or organ tissues. On the other hand, Chronic pain lasts a lifetime and is caused by nerve damage, osteoarthritis, and dental discomfort caused by tooth nerve damage, infection, decay, extraction, or injury.

Diclofenac Potassium and Serratiopeptidase Tablet is used in overcoming pain and inflaming due to bone or soft tissue injury, resolution of postoperative inflammation, edema, and pain. Diclofenac potassium works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) which causes pain and swelling in the injured or damaged tissue. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps in the breakdown of insoluble protein (fibrin) a by-product of blood clots into smaller units. It also produces fluid thinning in the body as a response to damage, making fluid drainage smoother in swollen tissue.
