Acebrophylline, Fexofenadine & Montelukast Tablets are used to prevent the disease of allergic rhinitis. This medicine is a collection of the three medicine that is: Acebrophylline, Fexofenadine, and Montelukast. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic that is used to make thin and loosen mucus to cough out. Fexofenadine is antiallergic and is used for relieving some health problems like watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and other allergy problems. 

Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist and reduces the blocking of leukotriene, which is a chemical messenger. It is also used in reducing the swelling in the airways and nose.
