DICLOVA-P TAB. (BLISTER)
Diclofenac and Paracetamol Tablet is available with the branding “DICLOVA-P” and is applied for the treatment of painful musculoskeletal joint diseases such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Diclofenac (analgesic) and Paracetamol (fever reducer/mild analgesic) are included in it. It is effective for painful musculoskeletal pain, joint pain, and skeletal muscle spasms.
Diclofenac prevents the action of a chemical messenger called cyclo-oxygenase (COX), which induces pain and swelling at the site of injury or damaged tissue. Paracetamol, on the contrary, is a mild analgesic (mild pain reliever) and antipyretic (anti-fever), and its action boosts Diclofenac’s analgesia. It also eases toothache, earache, backache, and other musculoskeletal pain.
